Suppliers Search and Due Diligence

After receiving product technical file with detailed description and desired quantities, we start searching for suppliers which will be able to attend as per client’s demands. Through our database we can check the availability of suppliers and then various information will be requested such as prices, photos, technical files among other important information, after collecting all information client will be informed, after his approval we can start the actual factory due diligence which will include factory visit and verification of various aspects including quality standards and controls, certifications, among other important factors.

Prices Negotiation

Since our main purpose is to make clients completely satisfied, we will always try to match client’s expectation in terms of commercial aspects, prices offered already include our service fees which are composed of a small margin. When client’s option is to follow with Consulting Business Model, there will be no additional cost included on products.

Sending Samples

It is very important for the client to receive product samples before the order is shipped out, this can be made through Express Courier Service, so client can evaluate product quality and be assured that shipment will be according to his request. In some cases, depending on the product, Express Courier Service can not accept the sample, for such cases we should follow with air or sea cargo shipment.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

As soon as goods are ready one inspector will visit the factory to make sure products were manufactured according to client’s specification and then allow container to be loaded.

Logistics and Operational Assistance

From order approval to goods arrival at its destination we will follow up closely to guarantee that the whole operation is carried out smoothly, the importer will have the option to choose the Incoterms which is more convenient for him, be it FOB or C&F we will provide all assistance needed.
